EDIB Strategy 2026

Introduction

Our Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) Strategy 2026-2029 sets out our commitment to creating a culture where equality is embedded, diversity is celebrated, inclusion is experienced, and everyone belongs. As a Trust serving one of the most diverse districts in the country, we want every colleague, child and family to feel heard, valued, respected and able to thrive. Built around four key pillars, our strategy outlines how we will create an inclusive and nurturing workforce, improve outcomes for children and families, embed inclusion into our systems and decision-making, and strengthen leadership accountability.
