Charlotte was previously Strategic Director for People at Salford City Council, responsible for Children’s and Adult Services and Public Health and was Director of Children’s Services before that. She is the Immediate Past President of the Association of Directors of Children’s Services and was awarded an OBE for services to Children’s Services.
