Graham is interested in organisations, organisational psychology and
organisation design. He works on a range of projects aligned with
helping organisations and colleagues improve their productivity/
performance, including a how to develop a positive, inclusive working
environment.
Graham has a passion for helping people achieve their
full potential, especially young people. He is pleased to be working
alongside Board members to support the Trust’s work to provide
opportunities for young people to be resilient, to grow and thrive and to
contribute to society.
