Kim has nearly 40 years of public sector experience, working in Local Authorities at all levels. She has senior experience of leading corporate services, developing multi agency partnerships and strategies and delivering large scale organisational change in a range of settings.
She has worked in District and Unitary Councils and has experience of shared service partnerships and company arrangements, as well as of working with communities on a range of projects and programmes encompassing children’s and wider services.
