Ruth joined the team in June 2023. Born and currently living in Bradford, Ruth started her career at Leeds City Council in 2001 working in children’s services.
She qualified as a social worker in 2008 and has worked for Leeds Children and Family Services in a number of positions. Ruth is currently chief officer of children’s social work and was honoured to get an MBE in 2020 for services to children and families in Leeds.
