Stuart is a qualified accountant with the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, with a 37-year career in public sector services, working in a variety of Civil Service roles across central government departments and their agencies.
Stuart is also a Non-Executive Director for an NHS Foundation Trust.
