Here you will find information about Family Hubs, parenting, family support for families who are pregnant, all the way up to young people aged 18 or 25 with SEND (Special Education Needs and Disabilities).

Bradford’s Local Offer
The Local Offer sets out in one place information about provision available across education, health and social care for children and young people who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) or are disabled. This includes those who do not have Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans.

Bradford’s Kinship Care Local Offer
Children may be cared for by members of their extended family, friends or other people who are connected with them, for many reasons and in a variety of different arrangements.
Bradford Children and Families Trust’s Kinship Local Offer sets out how we will help kinship carers to give children and young people the best possible family experience whatever the child’s legal status, needs and circumstances.
Special guardian & kinship post order support
When children cannot live with their birth parents, special guardians (usually relatives or close family friends of the child’s family), care for the children and provide them with a stable and loving home environment.
The Kinship Post Order Support Team provide guidance and support to improve outcomes for children and make sure that special guardians and carers under other orders, such as Care Arrangements, have the support they need to success in their vital role.
