Help Us Make Our Services Fair for Everyone

We want to make sure that our children’s social care services are fair and work well for all children, young people, and families in our community.  We ask you to fill out this short form so we can check if there are any unfair patterns or problems in how we handle complaints.

By looking at the information you provide, we can see if people from certain backgrounds are facing similar issues or if our services are not meeting specific needs. This helps us fix things and make improvements. Also, the information helps us ensure our services and our complaints process are accessible and fair for everyone, making reasonable adjustments where needed.
